1. Don’t self deprecate!
2. Attack the problem from all angles.

4. Some questions should not rely on the prospects awareness levels. Some questions should add information / value.
5. Reframe(s) of the week.
6. Be present.
7. The more specific the information, the better.
8. Notice what everyone does, and then do the opposite.
