1. No sugar coating it.
2. Never tell a prospect about a feature unless they explicitly tell you they want to see it and why.
3. If they won’t give you the time of day why should you?
4. Focus on being seen as an authority.
5. Identify the sheep in wolfs clothing.
6. Executing a winning sales strategy has a cost too.
7. Invalidating the prospect is a sure way to lose a deal.
8. People love playing the role of “Rescuer”.. this includes prospects.
9. Assumptions are killing your deals.
10. People who talk about how important rapport is usually use rapport as a crutch for their own incompetence.
