1. Engulf their Passive Time Frame with an Active Time Frame.
2. Key questions don’t change.. just the way they are worded (dependent on the context)
3. Bring best practices / strategies from “Hi-tech” to “Lo-tech” sales and vice versa
4. People only change if the Status Quo is unsustainable.
5. Pareto would’ve probably been a great salesman.
6. The best salespeople make the selling process feel natural.
7. Create space to let ‘em chase!
8. Reframe from motivation being a “must have” to a “nice to have”
9. Attract, don’t chase.
10. Seethe harder 10x’ers!
